Endiramma Cheruvu is located in the Bheemaram Reserve Forest of Madhira Range in Khammam District. The site features a scenic artificial water body spread across approximately 27 acres, surrounded by dense forests and hill ranges.

The area is part of a large forest block of over 3300 hectares and supports rich biodiversity, including migratory birds and native flora. The lake also holds historical and cultural significance dating back to the Kakatiya period and is associated with the local deity “Endiramma Talli”.
